Falconry from Horses Day for Two

A lovely introduction for two people to combining the two ancient arts of falconry and riding, using retrained racehorses.
The morning will be spent learning about the origins of mounted falconry, meeting various birds of prey, and mastering the safe and comfortable handling of hawks. Following a break for lunch, the afternoon will be spent learning about introducing hawks to horses, then flying hawks from our own horses.
The winning bidder will need to provide their own riding gear. Boots and safe hard hat are compulsory, and we also recommend a back protector. We will provide everything else.
