Members of the South Devon (Moorland) branch of The Pony Club and their parents were warmly welcomed to The Kennels on Saturday 17th June. The visitors joined Mr Joe Emmett MFH and his team for hound exercise, which involved a lovely ride around the local countryside, followed by cold drinks and cake, a tour of the Kennels, and an explanation of all that is involved in preparing horses, hounds and people for a day’s trail hunting. The puppies were also on hand to entertain their guests!

The South Devon Hunt is proud to be affiliated with two branches of the Pony Club, the South Devon Hunt (Moorland), and the South Devon West. Visitors of all ages are welcome to join us for our Kennels Open Day on Saturday 24th June, which will include a children’s hound exercise on foot.
